Make - Athons
One a quarter, we open our studio so that you can come and play with our materials too. In an effort to have minimal waste in our studio, we share our resources with our broader community. We will take the carcasses of thrifted bags, defunct hardware, mixed with some fused plastic and build new creations.
If you are an artist / maker and have skills with a sewing machine, we will be coming up with crazy designer bag ideas using fuzed recycled plastic and repurposed bags.
You can also make

PRODUCTS
For the past year we have been refining our brand, Rubbish bags. These are made with waste materials collected in our local area. Our aim is to inspire creativity while building community and conversations around recycling and upcycling.
We welcome visitors and volunteers to join us on our journey. Please contact us if you would like to visit the studio or become a community collection point.
3D Printer Build Out
We are currently building a 3D printer that has a hopper on top to take our shredded plastic. This has been a long term goal as a way to potentially utilize a lot of the communities recycled plastic in a creative way and show others how to make one of these themselves stay tuned to see how our trials go!
